Professor of international commercial law and one of the most frequently appointed presiding arbitrators in German-speaking Europe.
Klaus has chaired more than one hundred tribunals, most of them in construction, plant engineering and aviation disputes. He holds a chair in international commercial law in Frankfurt and has published widely on evidence and expert testimony.
He is currently fully booked and not accepting new appointments before the end of the year.
